Haul:

Hey guys! I have been collecting some bits these last few days for an upcoming event.

I did some online shopping at Superdrug. First up we have a hair dye, I've gone for the same colour as last time, but wanted to try a different brand. Hopefully this will last a little longer. The colour is mango copper.

Next I decided to try out some fake eyelashes to add a pow to my eyes, even though I have long lashes I wanted to thicken them up without 10 layers of mascara.

I picked up my trusty foundation, Revlon colour stay, but this time I got the normal/dry rather than the oily/combo as I found it slightly drying.

Lastly I wanted a natural coloured lipstick as I'm focusing on my eyes for this special event, I don't want my lips to be overpowering. This one is by Sleek, and is called barely there. It's a sheen finish so my lips wont dry out throughout the day.

These were early birthday gifts from my Mum, as my birthday follows the event and I needed some bits and bobs to fancy myself up a bit.

So I have an apricot scrub, not the one I usually use, but will give this a go. And my usual trusty backcombing spray which doubles up as a dry shampoo.

I also wanted a body shimmer to add a bit of glamour to my skin, and I came across this one by soap and glory, It's very subtle and makes your skin smell nice with the added scent.

I've been meaning to try the seventeen falsifeye mascara so decided to give it a whirl.

Because the event goes on all day I wanted to try another primer that would make my makeup last longer without slipping and sliding around on my face, so this stay time long wear one from seventeen caught my eye. It was the last one on the shelf so it must be good (hopefully).

The theme for the day is purple so I want to incorporate purple nails, this gel effect one from seventeen should do the trick, the colour is 'pretty bang bang'.

I needed a new eyeliner, and went with the big eye liner by Maybelline with the black tip and the white tip to pop on the waterline, to make the eyes appear bigger.

And last but not least Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears, as you know I love her scents. This was on offer in Boots for £10.99 instead of the £22 for the 30ml. Love it.

That's all for now, see you all soon I hope.

Superdrug haul:

Hey everyone, time for a haul. I haven't done one for a while as I have been watching my spending.

First up we have the Nivea body firming moisturiser with Q 10 which was on offer. Next the brilliant 1 week tooth whitening kit ( up to 4 shades lighter), I have tried one before, but as this was cheaper I was intrigued to test it out. And the B. range concealer in light, also on offer.

couldn't find the exact one I got, but this is the closet version : Firming body lotion

I have been wanting to try a hot cloth cleanser for a while, and when I came across this one by Superdrug on offer I thought why not? This one is the naturally radiant brightening one, they also do a vitamin E version. I usually go for the Garnier Micellar water but it wasn't on offer, so picked up this B.range one which was.

And last but not least some more perfume as I have ran out. There were others I wanted, and one's I love that were sold out, but I also love these two, and they were both bargains at £10 each, great offers! Ones hidden fantasy and the other is cosmic radiance by Britney Spears, love her scents.

Thanks for stopping by, see you all soon,

Perfume purchase:

Hello, hows everyone's Thursday going? Just a quick post to show you my recent purchase!

I went for Katy Perry Killer Queen as I received a sample from Superdrug months ago and really liked it. Its different to what I usually wear so thought I'd update my collection a little bit. To me its very fruity and fresh, hard to explain. I love the bottle, its unusual and quirky and reminds me of the film death becomes her ( the age defying potion lol)

This set only cost me £11.50 which was half price at Superdrug, how could I pass that offer up? Impossible! The perfume is only the 30ml size, and both the body lotion and shower gel are 75ml each. I think its a total bargain!

I have the other part of my mini haul coming up which consist of two foundations I have had my eye on for ages.

Perfume review:

I purchased this set by Beyonce as a treat to myself! I've been wanting to stock up on my fragrance collection due to all of my current ones ran out a few months ago. Of course I have also stocked up on my trusty Britney Spears perfumes, they are among my all time faves! Such lovely scents!
I tend to stick to my well loved scents, so I thought I would give this a go and try something new. As I’m fussy with smells I tend not to try different ones as often as I’d like.
Being a very sweet and fruity kind of girl, perhaps quite girly when it comes to perfumes, this ticks the fruity box with a hint of sweet.
Although not as sweet as what I usually reach for, but it still is quite fruity and with it being a EDT it isn't too overpowering. The majority of my perfumes are EDP!
I love gift sets like this, as it comes with a shower gel and body cream-with a tiny hint of gold shimmer, which is subtle. Great for nights out or festive periods.
Currently however can’t comment on staying power as I haven’t worn it out and about yet, nor have I used the shower gel. The body cream is quite lovely, not greasy or sticky, and sinks into the skin with ease.
With this scent being my first Beyonce fragrance, I am quite impressed so far. It’s not up there with my favorites, but its definitely wearable. A very good bargain I must say, the set cost me £10 from a pharmacy (cheapest I've seen on the high street and online) I’d rate this a 7/10.
