Mini Primark haul/purchase:

Hello everyone, I'm back! I've been away for a while. Thought I would start back up with a small haul/purchase. Lets get straight in to it.

First up we have this Adventure Time T shirt with three characters on it. This was a gift and was only £6. Bargain.

And this cute little number, a Lion King cropped T shirt. This was £6 but I got it for £3. Love it! What's not to love? Cheap as chips.

A little update for you all, I have finally started a YouTube channel after thinking about it for years. I uploaded my first video the other day. If you are interested here's the link YouTube channel . Would appreciate if you would give it a look. I'm planning on uploading regularly and pairing it up with my blog. I'm going to keep it beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

Thank you for taking the time to view this, I'll be uploading regularly again from now on. See you soon.

Hair haul:

I came across this amazing bundle offer on Boots by Lee Stafford. It's the hair growth range 'for hair that never grows past a certain length' phew that's a mouthful.

You get two shampoo's, two conditioners and two hair treatments.
I have used the shampoo and hair treatment before, it gave my hair the kick start in growth it needed when I started to grow my pixie cut type hairstyle out. I noticed the treatment made hair fallout a little less, and that's the main reason I am using it again, and I want to add some more inches to my hair. My hair is stubborn and takes its time growing.

I have friends that can have their hair cut into a bob, and in 6-8 months time its back way past their shoulders and beyond. Mine on the other hand would need years for that. I'm not too far away from my goal now, but it has been a long long time. I will kick my hairs ass with this bundle =] it better watch out.

This does have quite a strong perfume smell to it, a bit headachey really, so if you don't like strong smelling products, this isn't for you. The smell takes me back to being in high school when I used the heat protectant.

This set was £25, and you save just over £20. It's so worth it. I couldn't miss out on a deal like that! It's expensive and every saving helps. Buy it here .

That's all for hair, I have a makeup haul coming up next.

Superdrug haul:

Yup I'm back with the Superdurg haul I mentioned in my last post. Lets dive straight in, no time like the present.

  • So I picked up a mixture of things including basic everyday things. I got the Bic twin lady shavers, they are cheap and cheerful and work really well. They are cute colours also.
  •  Plump it up dry shampoo by VO5, I need dry shampoo its a must! I also have flat fine hair so anything that gives boost is a must. I usually get the dry backcombing spray but it wasn't on offer, this was.
  • I love the St.Ives face scrubs, so wanted to try this new olive oil face scrub, I need face scrubs.
  • I came across B,Creative face kits, on offer for £9.99 instead of £14.99. I got it for light skin tones. It includes a concealer, highlighter, face powder, foundation and a application sponge. It's fab and cant wait to give it a try, I will pop some swatches down below.
  • I love Sleek, and have been eyeing up the new precious metals highlighting palette. At the time I could not justify £9.99, but now I have it. It has three velvet cream formulas and one powder. The finishes are platinum, royal gold, renaissance gold and antique bronze. It includes a brush. So excited I love highlighters. Again I will post a swatch picture somewhere below.
  • And last but not least dental floss lol, because its essential.

B.creative/Art edition vol.5/pro face kit- light. Swatches below, it's hard to see: Get here .

Sleek highlighting palette. Swatches below: Get here .

Homeware Haul:

Hello, happy weekend everyone! I purchased a few items for the home, and here they are:

Beautiful chests from Dunelm Mill! I had to have the small, medium and large. Couldn't not have the full set. All three came to £64.97. Small is £14.99, medium £19.99 and large £29.99. They are hand painted and come in different designs. I haven't decided exactly where I'm putting them yet, not going to keep them stacked like this lol. You get free delivery over £49. I cant wait to display these and store things in them. They are sturdy enough for me, maybe not for overly heavy things, but for what I need them for. They are decently sized as well, so even the small is roomy. I'm just in love with them. Find them here.

I saw this vase with flowers in online at first and picked it up when I was in the shop. It was £8 and dropped to £4 so I thought why not? I cant find it online so maybe it has sold out there, not sure about the stores though. Needed a decorative feature for a small windowsill.

I have a Superdrug haul coming next, see you then,

Just a little haul:

Hey guys! Hope you all had a fab New Year, cant believe how its flying already. I'm back with a haul for you.

You cant really see this all that well but, it's a pretty £2 necklace from Primark. It's gold with little gems  running all the way across, with a little zig zag pattern underneath. It also has a blue string plaited in with the chain. I loved it and its a bargain, a must have if you like your statement necklaces, and its not over the top.

Moving on to beauty. First up from the left is a V05 smoothly does it shine spray, which is also a heat defence product. Then the tea tree facial cleansing pads from Superdrug. I've used these for years and they were on a two for one offer. Next we have the Schwarzkopf got 2 b beach matt texturizing salt spray which I haven't tried yet. This would be perfect for summer. And last but by no means least the naturally radiant brightening renewal face mask from Superdrug.  I've used another product from this range and I love it. It does state its not for sensitive skin so I would definitely not recommend it if you do, I've used this once and I got a small rash on my face. So be careful. It's a once a week treatment and was half price.

That's all for the time being, but I do have a home-ware haul coming up shortly.

Boohoo purchase:

Hey guys! Almost Christmas now! Hope you all have a wonderful time. Speaking of Christmas, I picked a very festive glistening, sequin style top from Boohoo. I couldn't find a dress that fit the bill for this time of year, so decided a nice top and leggings would do fine.
I also picked up some Disco style leggings from Boohoo, but I doubt I'm keeping them. I ordered two sizes, but they just seem to fall down and seem rather roomy around the waist. The legs are fine, but not the torso area. I find baggy leggings/trousers/jeans really annoying, and I cant stand when they fall down. I'm blabbering on here lol, so lets get to showing you the actual top.

This was £25, but I got it for £10 in the sale. It's cropped, but not overly cropped. You can easily get away with it with high waisted leggings/jeans/trousers etc, unless you want to show some stomach. I'm not sure when I will wear it, definitely around Christmas/New Year. Christmas day I love to wear pj's though =] . All over sequin vest top .

Hope you all have a fab festive season,

Primark Birthday haul:

It was my Birthday on Tuesday, I got some money and, went shopping at Primark.

I needed some warm items of clothing. I went in fully intent on only buying warm pieces, which I did. I picked up this coat that was on sale from £25 to £15, been looking for something like this for a while. Ordered something similar from Boohoo but wasn't impressed with the sizing. I tried this on in store, and it's roomy sizing. It fastens with poppers as you can see below. It's a thick scuba material. I wouldn't say its as warm as a Winter coat, but its a thicker than a  jacket, so somewhere in between. Would pop a jumper and scarf under it anyway. It's eye catching pink so a tad out there for me, but injecting colour into Winter is good sometimes, definitely not dull.

Next up we have this fluffy peach cardi, I haven't stocked up on them recently and thought this would be snuggly. This was £12.

Going with the fluffy theme, this turquoise jumper was £10.

I also threw in a sheer blouse/shirt in Wine, not warm in the slightest but I liked it. They also do this in green, and it's £12.

And last but not least this purple jumper. I added quite the pop of colour into my wardrobe, which makes a change from Winter attire usually. It's nice to see splashes of colour everywhere. This was only £8. Most of the items here came in different colours. As usual I couldn't see for looking and must have circled the place 3 times trying to pinpoint some bargains. lol.

That's all for now, see you all soon with some more bargain buys.

Tesco Purchase:

Hello, picked up a few items whilst shopping in Tesco.

This playsuit was on the sale rack for £10 instead of £20. I thought it looked sophisticated, dressy and more expensive than it was. It's chiffon material with a concealed zip to the back with added lace detail. Bargain!

I'm short on dry shampoo, so picked up this half price- £1.99 instead of £2.99. It's specifically for coloured hair and, uses the phrase 'ignite my colour'. Will give this a go and see what happens. I usually get batiste, but fancied a change.

That's all folks,

Cosmopolitan makeup sponge review:

Hey guys, back with another quick review!

I picked this up on offer from Superdrug a while back and I've been testing it out ever since. I absolutely love it, and would not be without it now. I haven't put a new picture of it up due to it being covered in foundation lol but you can see it well enough through the packet.

  • Its super easy to use
  • Very quick to use, my base is sorted in no time and its less messy
  • When water is added it becomes unbelievably soft and squidgy + larger
  • I use this mainly with the 3 in 1 max factor foundation and it looks perfect, its the best foundation to use it with that I have tried. It definitely provides an airbrush finish when used with that particular foundation. I think its due to the texture of the foundation as its light and has a more liquid consistency.
  • I just pop some foundation on my hand, dab the large bottom end onto it, and dab it allover my face. The pointy end is good for applying foundation around the nose, and concealer around the eye area
  • I will be buying this again definitely and would recommend. 9/10.
That's all for this review, let me know if you have used this sponge and your thoughts on it,

B.Replenished facial oil review:

Hey guys! I thought I would do a review today! Lets get cracking!

I got this from Superdrug a decent while ago, in one of my hauls from the start of June! I'd been wanting to try a facial oil for a long time, so chose this one as it was on offer. The aim of this is to give an antioxidant boost and includes vitamin E and C, Rosehip oil, Argan oil, and Crambe seed oil.

I had a few dry patches on my skin, particularly on my forehead and no amount of exfoliating and moisturising was doing the trick. However this did, my dry patches literally vanished after around 2 applications. That was impressive, and it made me look a bit more glowy.

My skin looks a little better after using this up until now, it just overall looks and feels better. It does nothing to help with my spots ( but didn't make them worse), but my skin looks more evened out. It looks a little smoother. I haven't got any wrinkles on my face, so cant comment in that respect, but I did mention in my haul that it was aimed towards people in their 30's and 40's so maybe it does help with this.

It has a smell to it, but I wouldn't say it was perfume as such, more natural smelling from the oils used.

On the website it states that it helps calm stressed skin, protects against environmental free radical damage, boosts skins antioxidant levels, offers 12 hour hydration, doesn't block pores and is suitable for all skin types. It definitely offers hydration, and hasn't blocked my pores, and I love to slather it on lol. I use this every night after removing my makeup, before going to bed. I wake up with lovely hydrated dewy skin, but with no residue.

I love this oil and would definitely recommend if you are looking for an oil that will help hydrate your skin, especially if its dry, and are looking for something with plenty of good stuff packed into it. This is also cruelty free and is classed as vegan, so that's also a major plus side I think. I adore Superdrug for their cruelty free ranges. Link here: B.Replenished facial oil . Its still on offer by the way.

Anyway that is all for today, if you have an questions leave them below and I will be sure to get back to you, + let me know if you have tried any face oils and your thoughts on them. See you all soon,
